Welcome to Fine Lines Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing artwork or prints, or commissioning custom portraits, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

• Requests: Commissions are available for pet portraits, wildlife art, and custom pieces for gifts, remembrance, feng shui, or interior decor.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit  of 50% is required to secure your commission.
• Review Process: You will be provided with preview images as the work progresses. Minor changes can be requested before final approval.
• Finalization: Once approved, no further changes will be made, and the balance must be paid in full before delivery.

• Physical prints are professionally produced and shipped with care.
• Print sizes and options will be clearly listed on the product pages.
• Limited edition prints may be numbered and signed.

• All prices are in [CAD or your preferred currency] and are subject to change without notice.
• Accepted payment methods include [e-transfer, PayPal, credit card, etc.].
• Full payment is required before shipment of prints or original artwork.

• Shipping costs are paid by the client. These will be calculated at checkout or provided during the commission process.
• Orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking where available.
• We are not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit, but we will assist in filing claims if needed.
• For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

• Custom commissions and personalized artwork are non-refundable.
• Returns on prints or non-customized items are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is undamaged and returned at the buyer’s expense.
• Please contact us first to arrange a return.

• All artwork remains the intellectual property of Christine See and Fine Lines Studio.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, alter, or sell the artwork without written permission.
• We reserve the right to use images of completed commissions in our portfolio, social media, or promotions unless a request for privacy is made in writing.

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Copy or reuse site content or images without permission
• Attempt to disrupt or harm the website's operation or security

All content is protected by copyright law.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our products
• Damage or loss caused during transit by third-party postal services
• Errors in submitted client reference photos or details for commissions

Your personal information is used only to fulfill your orders or respond to inquiries. We do not sell or share your information. See our Privacy Policy for more.

We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the most current version.
